"... And The Lord GOD formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul..".
Human beings have a body, a soul and a spirit.
When GOD created Adam from the earth ( from dust ) , we see that GOD is The Potter and we are the clay. ( See Job 10:9 ; Jeremiah 18:1-11 ; Romans 9:19-21 etc ).
We come from dust and to dust we return. ( Genesis 3;19 ).
The land animals were created from the earth ( the dust ) before Adam was.
We know that GOD is Eternal and since GOD is Eternal , The Act of Creation from Beginning to End was already Complete in The Mind of GOD before GOD even created the heaven and the earth.
GOD had a Vision to have planet earth populated with diverse forms of life and human beings would have dominion over the diverse forms of life.
The Holy Bible says that Yeshua Ha-Mashiach (The Lord Jesus Christ) is The Lamb of GOD slain from before the foundation of the world. ( See Revelation 13:8 ).
In other words, way back before the foundation of the world, GOD knew before Adam and Eve were created, that Eve would be deceived by satan in the form of the serpent beast and that Adam would disobey GOD and bring sin and sickness and death to the whole human race.
In 2 Peter 3:8 we read :
"...But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with The Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day..." .
After Adam sinned against GOD by disobeying The Word of GOD, Adam failed to live a thousand years. Adam , The Bible says , died when he was 930 years old.
In Genesis 5:5 we read :
"... And all the days that Adam lived were nine hundred and thirty years: and he died...".
In Genesis 2 :1-3 we see that The Word of GOD says :
"... Thus the heavens and the earth were finished, and all the host of them.
2 And on the seventh day GOD ended His work which He had made; and He rested on the seventh day from all His Work which He had made.
3 And GOD Blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it He had rested from all His Work which GOD created and made...".
The Work of Creation was complete.In Job 38: 1-7, we read that the Sons of GOD shouted for joy when the foundations of the earth were laid.
GOD is a Spirit.
John 4:24 says :
"...God is a Spirit: and they that worship Him must worship Him in Spirit and in Truth."
Without Divine Revelation by The Grace of GOD, a sinner will not know who they are , where they come from and where they are going to.
We were in The Mind of GOD.
We are Attributes of The Thoughts of The Mind of GOD.
GOD placed us in a body of flesh.
Our bodies of flesh had a beginning and so they have an end.
But the spirit comes from GOD.
We are created in The Image of Almighty GOD.
GOD is a Spirit.
We are spirit beings dwelling in vessels of clay.
"...7 But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us.
8 We are troubled on every side, yet not distressed; we are perplexed, but not in despair;
9 Persecuted, but not forsaken; cast down, but not destroyed;
10 Always bearing about in the body the dying of the Lord Jesus, that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our body.
11 For we which live are always delivered unto death for Jesus' sake, that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our mortal flesh...".
Human beings have a body a mind and a soul.In Genesis 2 :7 we read.
"... And The Lord GOD formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul...".
Animals do not have a soul. Human beings have a soul.
The animals were created from the dust of the earth before man was created was created from the dust of the earth..
On the sixth day of creation we read the following in Genesis 1:24-31
"... 24 And God said, Let the earth bring forth the living creature after his kind, cattle, and creeping thing, and beast of the earth after his kind: and it was so.
25 And God made the beast of the earth after his kind, and cattle after their kind, and every thing that creepeth upon the earth after his kind: and God saw that it was good.
26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.
27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.
28 And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.
29 And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat.
30 And to every beast of the earth, and to every fowl of the air, and to every thing that creepeth upon the earth, wherein there is life, I have given every green herb for meat: and it was so.
31 And God saw every thing that he had made, and, behold, it was very good. And the evening and the morning were the sixth day...".
